Our Consultants are telecommuters, covering all of Southwestern Ontario. Each has a home office and mobile communications.
When you work with us, either as an Employer or Applicant, you will deal with the Consultant responsible for your region.
It’s important to keep in mind that our job is to place people with a proven skill set in permanent, career-specific openings. This demands an extra measure of confidentiality, which also requires us to condense job descriptions, request permission to market resumes and limit our Client Company descriptions. With most of our Candidates currently working, it’s crucial that we focus on an appropriate level of privacy.
If you have applied or registered with us, and your skill set and career goals meet the requirements of a job order, you will hear from us. We may even contact you for permission to market your resume to potential Employers. And your Consultant will provide you with his / her contact numbers for 24/7 availability.
