Maintenance Manager, Windsor ON
Your background is highlighted by the experience you have in the professional maintenance of a production facility, from the ongoing reliability of equipment to the impact that it has on a trouble-free production process.
People look to you as the champion of in-plant maintenance activities, and demonstrate this on a routine basis by coordinating, scheduling and clarifying these principles to all staff on board, including engineering, operators and even the administrative team.
With Health and Safety as a key concern, second only to flawless production, the maintenance schedules that you produce will come from your learned analysis, back by at least 5 years of experience, preferably in an automotive setting.
Of course, the process requires a knowledge, and proven use, of PM software programs. You may be responsible for the issuance of your choice of such. The team that your are responsible for in terms of production efficiency will be coached and trained by you as the clear mentor of maintenance. You must have a related education, either in skilled trades or engineering technology. A competitive salary, full benefits and some overtime awaits.
