We are a growing recruitment firm specializing in permanent, career-specific openings in technology, management and engineering for people with proven skills. And we have an opening for a Business Developer for the Windsor-London region of Southwestern Ontario.
Previous experience as a headhunter is not required. A strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, recruitment methods and labor market conditions is essential, as is the ability to procure job orders in a professional manner. We will provide the necessary guidance.
This is a telecommuting role with continuous mentoring and support. Your home office will be your launchpad to significant earnings based on your performance. Note: As opposed to salary, this highly-commissioned position is for a person who is motivated by a six figure income and the opportunity to learn and grow professionally in executive recruitment.
