With your hands on experience working in an environment dedicated to lean manufacturing, you also bring a solid knowledge of 5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, JIT and Kaizen.

You also should have used the skills and tools above in a manufacturing setting. Experience with automated machine tools / manufacturing machinery is a strong asset. This opportunity requires that you be a proactive lean manufacturing liaison; a person who interacts between people and departments in the quest for ongoing productivity enhancements.

You will work with Production, Engineering and Administrative staff as a champion towards facilitation, by reviewing current methods and operations and moving upwards towards ideal productivity.

This permanent opening includes full benefits. Minimum 2 years experience as a hands-on employee for this junior / mid level opening.
