Candidates & Applicants
Alexander Jade operates as a recruitment company in Canada. We are bound by our own rules of conduct, which protect all candidates, applicants and companies from the disclosure of personal information when inappropriate. In cases where the candidate or applicant has agreed to allow the marketing of their resume and personal work history, the candidate or applicant will have previously acknowledged such activity via electronic form or email.
Alexander Jade does not charge a fee to candidates and applicants for its placement services. We may charge for resume services, training or consultation, with each having individual contracts for engagement.
By registering with Alexander Jade as a candidate, or by applying via electronic form on the Alexander Jade website, you are acknowledging that you understand that, if considered for an opening, Alexander Jade will conduct work reference checks in order to further clarify the qualifications and work history. Our consultants will attempt to reach you before conducting such checks, however this may not be possible at all times.
If, having applied to an opening, or having registered as a candidate, you no longer wish to have your information in our system, please email “admin” at alexanderjade.com with your removal request.
Employers & Client Companies
Alexander Jade operates as a recruitment company in Canada. We are bound by our own rules of conduct, which protect all candidates, applicants and companies from the disclosure of personal information when inappropriate.
Our business involves the search and placement of qualified persons into positions within companies who have selected us to provide such a service. There is no fee for advertising an opening on our website. There is no retainer required. Alexander Jade performs as a contingency firm, under which the client company pays a fee upon the successful placement of a qualified person.
We do not charge a fee to applicants, candidates or any job seekers. Prior to engaging in a search, Alexander Jade will prepare a search contract including details of costs and terms.
We do not publish guarantees.
